Paul, I held this stock for several years prior to spinoff. Surprised that shares have fallen so low. I will order investor package next week. Their original purpose for establishing real estate as separate operation was to gain tax advantage of a reit. Prior to that their status as limited partnership allowed them to pass on a reasonable level of profits without paying taxes. Why has gaining reit status been deferred? By the way I read your post on value thread and would encourage you to continue your posts there. This thread will not attract any traffic, even the yahoo thread is dead. There is a cash rich thread, a Buffet thread and several other threads focused on value. I don't believe I have ever seen a thread on bb value, almost an oxymoron. Since you received a nastygram on the value thread you might wish to ask that group of an appropriate subject to attract posters to your bb value idea? personally I think there are probably some good ideas in this venue. For what its worth I posted several times on nakd, national auto credit, and generated no interest. This is a pure speculation that after the company"s audits are complete they may end up with a decent balance sheet and ongoing business.
