Ian, I have to ask for your source on the 300 mm litho information (now this has a VBG attached to it). The point was not needling, but both you and I, and many other posters will summarize information gleaned from many sources through reading, and sometimes from other threads on SI, which might not be verifiable. If I will need to spend 30 minutes relocating a source for a 5 minute post, I'll be dead in the water. Good luck out there, and I still consider you a dear cyberfriend. Zeev
