To the thread, So I think we have a clear split among the group here as to what the core issues are and it seems to me that the key here is the number of shares outstanding. Its been 5 months since the 17.9 million number was filed in the 10-12G so it is possible that a number of shares have entered the float such that they would substantially decrease the eps of the company. So without getting into whether this is even an issue or not, whether there is sufficient justification to suspect further dilution, I think we should work on getting some hard numbers. Even if its only a ballpark figure. So to that end I have placed calls to the CFO Steve Morris and the IR contact Jeff Brommer. They were not in but I will call again next week until I speak to them. Then we can see where we are. Steve
