Thread Nazi? I hardly think so. But if someone is going to imply something I want them to clarify exactly what they are implying, and indicate the basis for that belief. When I engage in speculation, I try to separate fact from speculation and make clear the reasons for my speculations, giving others the opportunity to decide for themselves. I did not see OT in your post, so I presumed you were implying that AXC had something to do with Hollywoodsquares.com. I did read additional posts on Yahoo, and what I found was some discussion of King World and CBS and discussion of whether Ampex was or was not part of a new world order or the Masons, etc.

Trying to summarize, we know that King World, now a part of CBS, owns the rights to Hollywood Squares, Wheel of Fortune, and other game shows. We know that they are establishing a web presence. Apparently King World is located on 57th street, but so are a lot of other people. In the posts I read, I did not see any other tie to AENTV or AXC, and this seems like a rather tenuous connection, especially since it is alleged that AENTV is the one doing the encoding, not AXC. AENTV is clear across the country from 57th street.

If there was a post tying Drew to Hollywood squares, I must have missed it. If this is true, then I presume that AENTV will simply be functioning as a production facility for the work of others, and will not be developing any content of its own. This is indeed a disappointment as I was hoping they were working on some new concepts of their own. It sounds like CBS and King World will be the big winners here, but I suppose that AENTV could pick up some crumbs from the deal. I hope at least that it is profitable.

Carl
