do you have any further info? did JT actually announce? or did they just state that they were going to announce? is that it? jt stated the hour they were going to announce based on mistaken assumptions about when agph was going to announce, so then agph had to call for a trading halt because a lot of people might have put 2+2=4 ? why do i have the gut feeling that it was not this simple. there is manipulation at work here. the stock broke from 96 to 86 in under 10 minutes. there were massive short-term long traders in the stock. they asorbed all the short-covers, all the buy-on-the-newsers, and still knocked the stock down a point a minute. did the market makers manipulate it down so the shorts could cover lower? (were the market makers short? unlikely given selling pressure of past few days.) more likely they floated all those bs rumours and then planted the JT announcement hoping to get it lower all the while knowing it would be approved. look at the action on thursday - the day traders knew it was all bs. they ran it from 71 to 81 in under an hour, then they bailed. everyone was sitting there with a nervous trigger finger. did anyone watch the nasdaq level ii minute by minute (i was away on friday)? the new recommend hits the wire BEFORE the announcement - ?? the JT bogus announcement - if it hadn't been halted the shorts might have jumped on that and turned and could have bought a lot lower. YOU DONT ANNOUNCE THAT YOU HAVE NEWS IF ITS GOOD NEWS - YOU JUST ANNOUNCE IT. what is JT doing usurping AGPH's glory moment? it all smells real real bad. somebody should complain to the SEC.
