As mentioned in my previous note, thats what I thought also. I heard somewhere that the mutual funds have 72 hours for the reporting process, but I cant say if that is true or not and hope someone else could add to it.

However, it is simple enough just to check the charts, to see that the
bottom/beginninng of end of month rally is around the last 2 days of the month with follow-thru of 3-5 days into the next month.
