Anything anyone says can of course be a lie and deception. Your problem is that EVERYTHING is viewed under those parameters. Nobody mines someone being objective and pointing out the potential problems. I think that I have stated the problems many times such as lack of a form 10 unknown o/s etc. However, I also take the view that everything may not turn out wrong and that the company is not evil (maybe only immature and bumbling) and that they are trying their best to help shareholders. Yes they made lots of mistakes last year, yes they allow the share count to double. But that does not mean they will allow it to happena again. Learning from your mistakes is the way you improve in life. I'm afraid your are the type of person who will never give someone a second chance. Lighten up a little Del and look for the positive side in some things. There are positive aspects of this company. Everything is not bad. Word is that the o/s count will not be significantly different from the stated 17.9mil but they are going to do a shareholder audit. Therefore, our bet may go either way although the spirit of your wager was that the share count was going to go way up. However, if it goes up at all I'll pay off.
