My choice of moron was probably a bit harsh. Perhaps a better reflection of my true thoughts, based on five years as a PC reseller and integrator, is that AOL customers comprise a higher % of techno-ignorants (not stupid) than traditionally ISPs. Further, also based on observation, is that these people have a high defect rate to FASTER, CHEAPER, & MORE RELIABLE ISPs once they become well-versed on the web from their experience.
