Observation.. TRAC..11 3/8. had some fun with this in the beginning of 1999 but since April TRAC has been virtually dead. They are including a MyTrac CD in Individual Investor and I imagine thats not the only publication. There's been a lot of high profile and very expensive advertising lately in Investor's Business Daily. Wondering if the stock has a chance to resurrect itself.. its range is from 2 - 32 1/2..
