I agree with you Barry. I've been in this stock for over a year and I know that the market gave up on this one until Thursday, when the volume was huge and probably just one or a few buys. The volume was ZERO just a day or two prior (I forget which day or days now). On Friday, some of the Kimberly thread jumped on board which helped contribute to the good day on Friday.

Basically, while there are unknowns certainly, the story here to me is very positive from a risk/reward standpoint--the company is probably the market leader, they have over 600 clients, are growing, they have a wide selection of technology, some impressive alliances, 25+ employees and a market cap still under just $3.7 million, and are on the verge of intrucing possibly the most interactive and personalized website addressing nutritional needs. They have years of experience.

I still think .14 cents is a bargain--they were at that level just some 6 months ago and were up around 50 cents just about a year ago. They have been very quiet while building upon their strengths with three aquisitions in just the last year. In the meantime the stock just slowly drifted steadily down on unremarkabe volume.

A market leader in an industry with wide applicability and just coming out of the dinasaur age. Meal-planning may sound unnecessary or simple to the average person, but the fact is that it is timeconsuming to put together nutritional meal plans without missing key items--and for certain segments that may make the difference between life and death or athletic success and failure, or weight gain, stability, or weight loss. A huge market!

I'm not in any way associated with the company--just a patient investor pleased to see that the patience looks like it is about to pay off.

How far up it goes depends on many factors but what I rely on is the fact that they are for real and very serious about what they are doing IMO. I think we are getting a lot for our money at current levels. The next few weeks and months looks very promising IMO.

Ted
