I think if the takeover is successful, Saxon within 6 to 9 months
time frame will do very well. Market cap of new company would be
about $150 million. Stock trading at $1 and less seems cheap for further potential.

With Forest Oil (FOIL) backing them, it seems Saxon should have better days ahead.
