<<I think they will make $.14/sh. So what?>>

So what?.....Yeah right. Why do you think this stock has been topped out in price and trading in a range now for a year and a half. I have been told here that this was a hot company in a hot sector. Might be a hot sector but IFCI's stock price has been anything but hot. If they fall short of .14 this quarter be concerned.....very concerned.

<<Is that how you buy stocks?>>

No. If it was I wouldn't have bought YHOO, CNET or EGRP.

<<That can't be the over-riding issue of whether someone should buy or sell this stock at this time>>

In this particular case it should be heavily factored in. The EPS for IFCI is different than the previously mentioned companies in that it's stock price will be and has been directly affected by it's quarterly performances.

<<Please stop trying to scare people and get real.>>

Because I don't think IFCI will meet their .14 quarter and state that on this thread means I'm trying to scare people.....You get real!

<<If you think this stock should be sold, make a concrete case, not just an offhand reference that implies that you know something that you don't.>>

Management has not proven that it can run this relatively newly created conglomerate of small companies not only profitably and efficiently but on a pace of growth that one would expect from a company in a "hot sector". The stock price has remained flat because they have not shown they can do it.
