Lucky -

I see why you have your doubts about this company ... I can find no information either ... they appear to not exist except for a couple vaguely crafted PRS.

1. Their SEC filings are nonexistent:
freeedgar.com
quantumonline.com

2. They claim to be a VoIP company, in fact one poster claims:
Message 9456076
Cyberfast generated 10% of the worldwide revenue in the Voice Over Internet business in 1998.

For a company that seems to be a player in this hot industry, then why is CYSI UNKNOWN at this link that lists practically all known VoIP related companies. Even small, seemingly more struggling companies such as Digitcom and Franklin Telecom are listed here (Click on Master Directory):
iptelephony.org

3. And Lucky you are right about their phone number being unlisted/unknown (number in PRs is separate IR firm (stock pusher?)). In fact, their entire business appears to be unlisted/unknown - at least in the state of Florida where there PR claims they are (Highland Beach FL). Cyberfast is not found when doing a business search throughout Florida:
yp.infospace.com
bigyellow.com

4. Also the link of an early poster claims:
Message 9504129
Cisco Systems, Inc. has extended an open line of credit to cover the company's purchases of hardware through the end of 1999.

But in going to Cisco's site detailing partners, vendors and resellers, again Cyberfast is unlisted/unknown:
cisco.com

5. They do not even appear to have a web page. For a company that claims to be a growing leader creating networks to carry voice over the internet (VoIP) this seems highly odd/suspicious.

In fact, I can find no independently verifiable information that confirms that Cyberfast even exists. The only information that I can find is that put out by the firm that appears to be pushing their stock (stock distribution scheme???):
dogpile.com

I would run away, very quickly from this stock as described here on what to avoid when investing in a BB stock:
allstocks.com

So in summary, CYSI appears highly suspicious:
1. CYSI is nonreporting with SEC (no way to verify info in PRs)
2. There is no apparent Company address/phone/web page - If we can't contact them, then how can their customers?
3. They appear to be unknown on VoIP links that list all known VoIP companies.
4. Their PRs appear carefully crafted without giving much detail. They mention 5 Asian cities, 22 European cities without anymore detail. How can we comfirm these contracts actually exist. Furthermore, perhaps they're counting on the fact that since these are in far away countries, noone will even bother to check (a common M.O.)
5. Their PR location (Highland Beach) puts them right next to Boca Raton FL, one of the cities mentioned in the above BB link. Boca Raton area has a history of alot of scam companies. Highland Beach is the star in the following map right next to Boca Raton. (may need to retype in Highland Beach FL at bottom of mapquest link)
