Interesting that this has dropped under a buck again. That I hadn't expected, but also interesting that the volume has lightened up considerably. Remember that the remaining convertible preferred outstanding has restrictions once the common falls under a buck so I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. Anyhoooo, on a different note the company just posted it's '98 annual report. It's available as an Adobe Acrobat download here: corporate-ir.net I haven't looked at it yet, but I'll of course be interested in seeing the opening letter from the CEO, the most important part of an annual report that you don't get elsewhere (i.e. the 10K), IMO. I'm downloading right now, and over my 33 kbps modem it will probably take about 40 minutes. Anaxagoras
