Magic Software Enterprises (MGIC) has announced that it is ramping up its participation in the Linux community. The company announced last week that it has joined the Board of Directors of Linux International - www.li.org. In addition, the company is porting its award-winning, business-to-business e-commerce solution, Magic eMerchant, to the Linux platform. Further, Magic has introduced an innovative contest, “The Magic for Linux Really Cool Contest,” which encourages the development of ecommerce business solutions for the Linux platform.
