Yes.

"When you first got online did you need help or were you an instant genius?"

I answered that. AOL is EASY for beginners! AFTER getting kicked off, swarmed with ads, and paying more, many of the AOL users I know converted to regular ISPs when they no longer needed AOL's "great content."

Also, unless the numbers are lies, a 66% ex-AOL customer convert number for ATHM, kind of destroys any delusions of everyone staying net ignorant forever.
