I would echo Alan's encouragement to post on value thead, but would also suggest you get to know the thread first and post both qualitative and fundamental data supporting your proposal. Actually the info on the header of this thread would have come quite close. There may or may not be acceptance of BB type stocks, but that will get you closer to a hearing.
FFP...I'd like to quit my day job and become a market maker...I could get fat on a 50% bid ask spread if the volume were there <g>.
On the other hand, If I can't buy at bid and sell at asked, but instead face that spread as a headwind to potiential profits, I'm a bit less eager. I saw nothing in the fundamentals that would overcome that spread.
If the spread narrows to a teenie or less, I'll take another look.

Regarding FFO: Please read Barry Vinocor's article in Barrons this week. Even for established REITs it's a very imprecise measure that opens the door to a lots of game playing...not to imply that anyone at a BB stock would ever do such a thing.
