Any news of cobalt production plans at Ikar's Rushan Belt? The Financial Times of 5-27-99, reported on a large fire at Zambia's Indeni oil refinery, causing a prolonged disruption to fuel supplies needed to refine cobalt in the Congo and Zambia. An eight month outage is possible. A March 6, 1998 Ikar news release reported Rushan to be rich in cobalt ore, plus some tungsten, gold, copper, and silver.
