I have followed this gang(unfortunately) for a long time and must agree with Andrew. The Co. is long on outstanding shares and hype(which very few can be conned into believing anymore) and short on expertise and cash. Their history is one of staking next to major finds and promoting while the insiders dump. Now they'll try it in the tech field but I can't see them succeeding given the large share float, thin cash position and lack of any expertise in the field. Geez they were awful miners and that was their industry. Maybe Barr can fool a few net investors with some HYPE while the boys dump all those cheap shares, but any Hype\rise will see millions of shares dumped; therefore hard to see much upside. Hope i'm wrong as i'd like to get this one of the books. Have held other mining crap through similar transition (MER.V) and ssstill hold it but they had the cash, tech connections and low share float necesary to pull it off.
