Rex, it's my understanding that stuff hits Edgar several days to several weeks after the SEC receives it, so while it is reliable, it is not always timely. I base this assumption on comparing the date of a document with the date it was posted. Does anyone know for sure what Edgar's posting policy is? - Jeff
