I don't know how long ByeBye has been operative, but the Company appears well on its way to move us all to a national market listing by the end of this year or beginning of next. Its planners appear to have a very solid grasp of the travel industry and the dot-com internet business. Their target consumer market is defined. This merger will help to initialize their products and services. A very aggressive promotional scheme has been outlined. They have appraised their competitors and believe they have a product that will sell. The principals backing this venture are experienced, particularly in the tech sector, and they have established solid strategic partnerships that should be able to take this infant company toward a mature stature much faster than what is usually available to the vast majority of OTCBB companies like POKR.

All of this is opinion, of course, but these are my distinct impressions gathered from an exchange with IMPI Management.

Bottomline is that this process is well underway. However, from prior experience in general investing, I know that the timelines established by Management and what really unfolds is often two different clocks. So please don't take anything I say as solid predictions.

Nonetheless, I can't hide my enthusiasm for this partnership and how it will affect our stock value. If all goes as planned (which is always the key), I don't see how we can lose at our present value.
