Hi Carl, I still think they must have seen a synergy, in order to justify paying what appears to be a high price. Otherwise, why do it? I suppose there could be a short term hit but I accept that. Since I was loading up last summer at $10.25-11.75/sh, I can't complain too much. I tend to focus on the ten year picture, not the 10 month picture. Good luck. Don
