Open Mike Economics upside.com Just thought I'd post this to add to the info on this thread. I pity the entertainment execs. That have to get their hands around this. What is to prevent an established artist from cutting these guys out of the distribution channel? Granted it will take some time but some established artist are already doing it.. The Beastie Boys, Chuck D from Public Enemy. Downloaded, customized media off the net will be commercially viable with strong encryption and copyright protection. Question is how do they do you safeguard that? regards, dkg
