Kevin, afraid I don't have a grip on that kind of information, except that it seems that USW and GTE have most of the bases covered, there. Or, it seems as though the few consumer level ISPs who are reselling DSL have favored those two. No big surpirse there, however.
I'd imagine that for business level services Covad, Northpoint and Rythyms are either already delivering, or contemplating such. Possibly others, as well.
Try this site, for starters, to see about the GTE and USW availability. A dialog box will allow you to determine if your exchange area is covered.
