I'd imagine being right in NYC their must be a "million" very well versed accountants. I could refer you to one, but I'd first advise you to ask trusted friend or business contact who THEY have used, and who they like. You need a comfort level with your tax advisor, and that's the best way I know of (a personal recommendation) to give you that feeling.
