I realize some may question the relevance of Ms. McMinn and Mr. Briggs, do not worry, they will return to our saga in a later chapter.
What is ZiaSun?
Last time we tried to find out WHERE ZiaSun is, now that we have some answers to that question, the next question I pose is...WHAT is ZiaSun?
This is my current understanding of ZiaSun's businesses, if I have made any ommissions, or there need to be clarifications, please let me know.
ZiaSun claims to be an internet company consisting of the following divisions:

mfinance (An asian financial news site)
Momentum has been discovered Spamming the USENET about this site, from a PINMAIL address.
pinmail (The "Asian Hotmail" according to the company)
The company uses a PINMAIL address as the source of
their spam.
searchdragon (A search engine)
mediahits (An ad network)
swiftrade (An online brokerage, partnering with Amber
Securities Corp of the US)
The company has been discovered Spamming the USENET about this site, as well.
Amber Securities. Subsidiary Amber Global Limited, a registered rep, John Jerome Cronin, as well as
several unregistered reps have been found guilty of
violations by the HK Securities and Futures
Commission.

ZSUN claims to have acquired this company on 3/22/99, but the
Internic records show Momentum as owning the domain name which was created on 1/29/99.

Who are the Clients?
Let's look at ZSUN's "impressive" client list. You will notice that most of the clients are either "friends" or "family" with ZSUN. Most of the sites are actually OWNED by ZSUN (Momentum). Many are also associated with Veritas IR, ZSUN's crack IR/PR firm. Some are even associated with pump&dump schemes from the past....

The vast majority of these "clients" are websites owned by Momentum themselves. I suspect that the others are part of a ring of "friends and family." I have compiled this list of clients from ZSUN's OWN websites. Naturally, ZSUN is not nearly as forthcoming with the backgrounds of some of these "clients."

Titan Motorcycles Ticker TMOT, a motorcycle mfg. (www.titanmc.com, owned by Momentum, TMOT is a Veritas IR client, according to Veritas. TMOT is a stock reportedly pushed by Pacific Continental Securities)
Treasure Inc. and Almiranta (Both part of South Sea Resources, a firm in Hong Kong, claiming to be exploring Subic Bay for treasure, sites owned by Momentum.)
Well, am I the only one who sees a pattern emerging here?
Let's look closely at ZSUN's IR firm, which, as has been discovered, is awfully close with ZSUN, considering that many ZSUN clients are also Veritas clients. Let's see how close these 2 really are. The answers might be surprising....

Best Way USA claimed it was the US licensee for Fountain Fresh International (Ticker FTFR) dba Betterstuff.

The web site was mostly an ad for an Indonesian brokerage called PT Dolok Permai dba International Asset Management. Their website, www.iasset.com, is owned by Momentum.

PT Dolok Permai has been the subject of numerous complaints from investors in Europe and Asia for pump and dumps. PT Dolok Permai is known to have pushed the stock of Fountain Fresh International. At this point in time it is unknown who PT Dolok Permai was associated with in the US. However, PT Dolok Permai has an office in Makati City in the Phillipines, where John Jerome Cronin (CRD# 2886700), currently of Amber Securities (CRD# 42638), told the SEC he had lived from 1995 to 1997. It is not known if Cronin was affiliated with PT Dolok Permai, but research on that front is ongoing. If anyone has been approached by PT Dolok Permai or has additional information, please send me a message.

Fountain Fresh International stock was pushed by a company called PT Dolok Permai, as was another company in the "beverage business" called Kensington International (Ticker KNGI). KNGI is also a Veritas IR client according to Bloomberg. Another PT Dolok Permai tout was Cine-Max (CIMX) which became Phone-Time Resources (run by Eugene Curcio of CYOE / Diana fame), and is now called Global Access Pagers (GAPI).
Best Way USA stock was pushed by a company called Pacific Continental Securities, where Mr. Cronin, now at Amber, had worked.
Veritas or Pravda?
Veritas IR is an Investor Relations outfit, based out of Vancouver, for ZiaSun, Titan Motorcycles (TMOT), C3D (CQMT), and Dynatec Int'l (DYNX, this stock was also pushed by Pacific Continental Securities), according to the Veritas website. According to Veritas, they are located at:

If you try and lookup to see who owns their web address (www.veritas-ir.com), you will discover that according to Internic, Veritas is located here:

This is the very same address that Pac Bell has on file for ZiaSun, and for companies called Bestway USA, and Fountain Fresh International d/b/a/ Betterstuff. The State of Nevada has this address registered to Jennifer McMinn, (remember her name from Part I) in her position as Secretary and Treasurer of Bestway.
Other Veritas IR clients have included Loraca (LCAI), whose website, www.loraca.com is owned by Momentum; and Kensington International (Ticker KNGI). KNGI's CEO is Brian Birmingham of Vancouver, Canada. Jason Birmingham, is a Veritas IR employee in Vancouver, Canada, any relation is unknown.
