Jimmie, I forget who it was, but someone spoke with some schmuck at MTI who painted a pretty rosy picture of the forthcoming 10Q. The way I see it, there are two possibilities: 1) The 10Q will be late but will contain positive indicators re: company growth etc. or, 2) The schmuck at MTI was lying through his teeth. Now, we all know Case #1 ishardly likely, so I am wondering if perhaps the schmuck in case #2 might be ripe for a class-action lawsuit? I suppose with no written proof of the lies, a lawsuit would probably never see the light of a courtroom, but perhaps some of this P.O.S. company's repeated BS press releases might be useful...? Also, that "news release" recanting the Edison release... Was that real? I cannot find it on Yahoo. Seems fishy since Edison signed off on the extension filing... I'm getting to the point where I think the only solution is to round us up a big ol' posse and head to the NY office and just trash the place. -M
