O.K., here's the deal.

Amazon spends million's of dollars on getting people on the web and into their sight. A million other companies do the same, right?.

Now we got loads of people shopping and spending on the web, right?.All of the sudden comes Wal-Mart out of the closet and put's up an incredible sight with many products not available in stores, right?.

What do you think happens to all those shoppers that have been shopping and spending all over the web? they stay at their Amazon's and CDWC,right? WRONG!!! They move to Wal-Mart (assuming Wal-Mart competes, and they will because they are in the competing biz longer and better than anyone else).

Not only do they get many and probably most of the online shopper but now comes all those people who have been afraid of shopping online, either because they don't know who is behind those online sight's (because there are no brick and mortar outlets) or because they are afraid of online, and now they have new confidence because Wal-Mart's on the web and we know Wal-Mart to be a reputable company.

Do you know what happens next? We become overnight one of the largest visited sight's on the web. After all,who does not want a bargain?

Oh yes, then comes Internet advertising revenues. Let's face it Wal-Mart in not stupid enough to start an online bank or discounted stock broker.Who I might add have some of the largest advertising budgets and would pay mega bucks to have a banner on the Wal-Mart sight.

So I think by now you get my point. I think it was an article in money magazine about two months ago that said the first one's in an industry are usually not the winners.

Let's hope we got the winner,
