Mitch / John Kaiser is the Author of Kaiser Bottom-Fishing Report which is published 6 times a year. In the November-December issue of each year, he lists 100 mining stocks in the $.30 to $1.00 price range that he see as bargains. During the year he adds other recommendations and writes articles and essays about investing in speculative stocks. Of the 100 picks in last year's "guide", half of them posted gains of 150% or more. Of these 19 gained over 500%. 87% of his picks for 1996 increased at least 50% It costs about $135.00 (CAN) a year. The newsletter is very popular, he is generally very well respected.
