You know nothing about what you speak..Thisd arbitration you speak of was filed by A.I Elgindy Vs Bear Stearns for breaching a guarantee to pay 30,000 per month pera written contract signed By Mr Chuck Daggs who quit Bear Stearns onE week after this person started working at Bear Stearns after which Bear stearns informed This person he was no longer going to get the guarantee and had to renegoiate a salary...so after only 42 days this person was forced to file this claim and Elgindy sued for 1.6 million and the arbitr4ators who have some very cozy rELATIONSHIPS With Bear Stearns counsel refused to requse themselves at least 5 times during the arbitration and found for Bear Stearns the DEFENDANT..The arbitration as itr is setup is controlled by the NASD ,...guess who acounts for almost 11% of the NASD total Budget..you guess it Bear Stearns..guesas who makwes up some of the Board of Governers at the NASD..right again...Bear Stearns...guess who plays golf with the NASD top btrass at least once a month ..thats right ...Bear Stearns CEO and President and VPs.. Think Elgindy had a shot ..to win...Not a chance... After the most incredible denial of written evidence by any arbitrators ..Bear Stearns prevailed..to win some of the leagl fees... As I understand it 30,000 or 60,000 or what ever the amount is is agood days work for Elgindy..But for your infortmation.....He will never ever ever pay it..simply because The NASD is a corrupt Boys club ..full of decrepid and cheating losers who wont let anyone in on their dirty little secrets of backscratching and market manipulation..If any chanvce arises to expose The NASD for what it is..I can assure you...Elgindy will be there, So next time you say a customer was hurt and filed an arbitration and you insinuate it was me.. I will not let it go.. In this case Elgindy was the plaiuntiff and the NASD taught Elgindy that they have the final say..and he should have n ever tried to embarass his own industry....Hog Wash.. Youa re good at twisting the facts and makingv them seem much differnt than they are but rest assured ..what I have just described is the God's Honesat truth..BTW..the 108 soes violations you spoke of are aLL COVERED IN THE FOLLOWING LINK:
