Please clarify, This Elgindy who you are now so SUDDENLY intimately familiar with, who just yesterday you hadn't a clue about... How do you know so much about him and his case? If I read you correctly, you indicate that this Elgindy is not yourself, yet you assure us of what Mr. Elgindy's most personal future intentions are. Please explain this sudden intimate knowledge of Elgindy. Please tell us why someone would go to arbitration "in good faith" and when the award was handed down he'd default on it (right or wrong) and get suspended for such acts? Who you ever do such a thing? I'd think not! These outrageous allegations you make are a real eye-opener. Tell us more about this Elgindy character you have be exposing here to the public. Are there others like him in the industry? Is the industry full of scumbags? Why exactly did you leave the industry, under what terms and conditions and at what time? Did it have anything to do with "Key West" in any way whatsoever? On another matter: You stated: "So next time you say a customer was hurt and filed an arbitration and you insinuate it was me.. I will not let it go.." How dare you make such an accusation? I insinuated nothing of the kind. Your name is Anthony or Tony is it not? How could anyone draw a conclusion that Arm even ever heard of you, other than your boastful claim that you've worked with everyone in the industry? I demand an immediate public retraction of your libelous remark, and for you own good I suggest it never happen again. Colin
