They already are. Most will take orders but typically it works as a referral. High end watches and other "commodity" items from this industry will do fine. No need to see and compare. High end diamond and colored stones need to be viewed live. Autobytel is likely referrel due to delivery expense is my guess. Automobiles are commodities too.

PS My comment about low end jewelry was not at all meant to be insulting. HSN has been doing that for years along with the old catalogue show rooms. They are online now too.
