Do you really believe there is an "if" related to the train contract. I believe it is a sure thing. That is why I would have thought the contract would be factored into the current stock price.
A little hype and better press coverage also increases company profile and may help with sales. A company with a 40 million dollar market cap does not look as attractive when buying a major computer or tech system. It would be more reassuring to see a company with better financial stability and a higher cap. If this stock price were a little higher the funds may start buying which would give it better price stability. I think we are all waiting for something positive.
