Thanks for the post. That's what I was wondering about. Since they hold a controlling interest, are they required to file a form 144 or sell thru an s-3.

Since 144's are for restricted shares, is LPG's NETG holdings of common stock considered restrictive? The stock should have been registered with the SEC on the intitial offerings.

Just trying to figure out how they can divest their holdings and if we will always be aware of the moves.
