007 it will be interesting to see if msft net income rises steadily resulting from recent deployment of $8 million or so into cabel ventures around the globe. seems that investmnt in a variety of companies, aside from cable, is also on the rise--though maybe my mis- perception. likely return on all these invstmnts will be greater than whatever they held with cash. is msft's prospects for return on the $5 billion in t diminished by the oregon ruling friday?
