IMO There has been insider filings on Liteglow on yahoo, now outdated, but never any that could point in the direction of one holder holding 1/3 of the shares. Odd story IMO. SK expecting the lawyers to finish in a week to 10 days is no good IMO - this process may take much longer all depending on how good LTGL have been in internal filing of ALL law related issues. Buying/ selling of stock, acquisitions and litigations. - I do not think SK really know what he is up against here. - I may of course be wrong. Kr Jens
