Cirruslvr - I hope you realize the edge connector adapter that solders into the MB is the only thing Slot1 and SlotA have in common. I hope you didn't think any of the logical signals or electricals were the same. Frankly I don't know why AMD bothered to copy the Slot mechanicals. It doesn't buy them much. EP
