I share your enthusiasm for TVS. The following analysis shows that it
is significantly undervalued relative to the national U.S. ISPs. TVS'
price performance is perplexing given that it is growing and
profitable. I realize that the Canadian Internet issues have not
received much attention. I had initially thought that TVS might make
a good acquisition for a U.S. ISP, but it is my understanding that
there are some regulatory limits related to non Canadian ownership
interests. Any thoughts?
