There seems to be a lot of chatter about this "chip chilling" and "IBM" on the chat lines. Maybe only one or two sources, but it seems to have some merit. I also hope there is some press on "chip chilling". My guess is Aug/Sept at the soonest. Only a guess. Long and strong.
