info, my commentary deals with the 99.9999% of the retail accounts. Of course there are exceptions. It is these exceptions that the wonderful SEC put in place to treat 99.9999% of the population like dumb suckers at the expense of the 0.0001% of those of us who have the financial wherewithall to jump though the loopholes. What's your point? Have you lost sight of the average retail account after being on your lofty perch for too long? Colin
