Yeah,,, Portland boneheads. ARE YOU LISTENING. Why in the world should T invest in infrastructure if they aren't given the opportunity to recoup their investment and build a profitable business. This derruglation thing has gone too far and doesn't work when attempting to establish new types/ways of communications that require $$$ investment$$$. How in the world can the council in Portland assume a competitive environment built on the investment dollars of one company? A company that is investing billions simply to gain access to this network? This activity could not only kill the deal between T and TWX, but could very well slow (in a signficant way) the deployement of next generation bundled services. These guys should all be thrown out of office!!!! OG
