"don't have a big LU position but would like to keep LU for the long-term." That's me! It's one of the top 5 most held stocks in America (thanks to the spinoff from T) and so well positioned in its various fields, in part thanks to the ASND acquisition but that way for other reasons as well - and ASND is not the last significant move LU is going to make, IMHO.
