Glenn, My point was that whatever the source the economy may be very well positioned to experience strong growth w/o inflation for some time in the future. If the Fed subscribes to that belief, as the article seems to indicate to me (please correct me if I am wrong), consumption increases and rate hikes are probably decoupled. -BGR.
