Hey Juan;

Let's do some math. After consulting my "Barrons Financial and Investment Handbook", in determining PE ratio, you take the "net" earnings and divide by the outstanding number of outstanding shares. So, according to their statements, KNIC should be around $.11/share:

$1,905,000 / 17,200,000 = $.11/share

Is this right? Wasn't the previous quarter a negative ($.80)?

So, "where are the clowns"? Why is the stock price at a new high in lows lately? Now we are hearing about insider selling! Wouldn't they be taking a big loss, or was it a short position? I realize there is certain period of time that insiders must do any trading, and maybe someone just wanted to get some cash. I've seen Mr. Gates sell $20MM at a whack, but that doesn't mean anything. The time to worry is when half a dozen insiders start dumping lots of shares all at once.

The suspense is killing me. Can't you toss us another cookie?

Mike
