much for the argument that Amazon can maintain sales with no advertising or marketing
or promotions or software development expenses.

All the arguments are gone. Everything from no inventory to no need for brick and mortar expenses. The requirment for inventory also elimiates the being paid upfront argument. The original business plan is entirely gone.
