I'm starting to like what I'm hearing on GMH/MPV.I think GMH owns about 37-38% of MPV.They should consolidate their interests for a "take out"to proceed efficiently.Neither company has anything going but the AK/CJ blocks.Discussions along these lines are happening but no result yet.The leverage lies with GMH.25 million shares outstanding FD.
If JF is right and you use $15 as a take out nbr on MPV,then you've got approx 6X the current price.GMH which currently trades at $.80-1.00 should move by a factor of roughly 10X.
