Peter, There is a brief post on the AOL BB re: scrh and a possible merger. Says there is a signed LOI. I asked for more details today. I am particularly interested in who they are talking with. Is it one of their business partners, some shell one of the investors may have, or a new player. Have you heard anything? Rob
