I have a simple perspective on this preferred stock issue
and would like someone to correct me if I am wrong. To me,
preferred stock is just another form of debt --- the
company pays a fixed rate of interest on a fixed sum of
money. As such, preferred should be subtracted from cash at
its issuing pricing just like any other kind of debt would be.

On a different note, I'd again like to thank the board
participants for some great ideas.

I recently nibbled at some INFM. I realize that its Price/Cash
ratio is no longer that spectacular, but I am willing to buy/hold
companies that have decent Price/Cash ratios if they have decent
growth prospects.

In that vein, I am still holding some CDCO but have liquidated
the KNTK position.
