Counter Trends... Don: I'm also not sure if the correction is over either... But, we have been seeing a lot of Counter Trends lately... I believe we are experiencing a rally within a correction... The McClellan Oscillator turnaround is an unemotional read on the market internals... It is now saying the market is heading higher... stockcharts.com The prospects for peace in the Balkans is positive, even when factoring in all the negatives of maintaining an on the ground peacekeeping presence... So, at the very least, we should see a positive tone to the U.S. and World markets in the days ahead... Jim
