I think Presence's belief that only a court order would force the shorts to cover their positions once and for all would be a good idea for LONE's lawyers to consider. It seems eminently appropriate to my non-legal mind that their lawyers petition the federal judge presiding over the RICO suit to require the defendents to square their positions permanently to prevent the company from being harmed any further by their illegal market interventions. What do you think?
